Wardell Stephen Curry II born March 14, 1988 is an American expert basketball player for the Golden State Warriors of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Stephen Curry is the son of Sonya (Adams) and Dell Curry. He was born in Akron, Ohio whilst his father was a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers.
